Founded in 2008, the Velvet Hearts! Burlesque Variety troupe is celebrating their 15th year bumping and grinding, and titillating their audiences. Spend the night with your favorite Velvet Hearts!, celebrating their birthday with their favorite acts and You!
The Velvet Hearts! are one of the premier, long-standing burlesque variety troupes in the “Rust Belt” of the Northeast U.S. Founded in 2008 by Viva Valezz!, her Velvet Hearts! are an impressive group of burlesque and variety performers, founded in Columbus, OH and now based in Pittsburgh. The Velvet Hearts! have made Pittsburgh's City Paper's "Best Of" readers' poll multiple years in the Best Dance Company category, and this year made the Top 3. Viva! and her Velvet Hearts! have performed in large festivals such as the New York Burlesque Festival, the Boston Burlesque Expo, the Windy City Burlesque Festival, and the Fierce! International Performing Arts Festival. The Velvet Hearts! won the 2017 National Lip Sync Championship, performing in Denver, CO, beating burlesque variety troupes from every state. We love glitter, we love performing, and most of all we love our fans.
